ITS A GOOD CHANCE THAT HIS RADAR WAS NOT CALIBRATED. THEY NORMALLY HAVE TO BRING THE CALIBRATION LOG TO COURT WITH THEM. ITS WORTH THE FIGHT , ESPECIALLY IF YOU KNOW YOU WERE NOT GOING THE SPEED HE SAID YOU WERE.

Thanks Middle Man, someone else mentioned that on the band forum and at my job,  I am not experienced with that, that's a good point although I was going over 65, I was NOT going 91, so do I have to plead guilty for not going 90, however I am guilty of speedingor say NOT guilty of his charge of 91/65 mile zone? Thanks so much

YOU STILL SHOULD FIGHT IT BECAUSE FOR ONE YOU GET CHARGED FOR HOW MANY MILES YOU GO OVER . THAT WOULD SAVE YOU 60-75 DOLLARS AND NOT TO MENTION THE POINTS ON YOUR LICENSE. FIGHT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Go to court. Many times the officer will not show or have poor records. That will **** the judge off and gets the whole shebang dismissed. Worse case, they will reduce the charge which will not affect your driving history as negatively. Good luck!

Thank you sweetie for your feedback I just got crucified from this witch on the band board who claims she is a prosecutor and told me I am the reason of so much crime..me criminal? I have never even been to traffic court before...I did not realize getting a speeding ticket was a big crime...hell I hold a very high security clearance so I think I am far from a criminal; I was just honest, I did not lie about speeding I was not going the speed limit that I was charged with.

If he stated that you were going 91 in a 65 then he should've taken you to jail for RECKLESS driving... I would fight it too... If he didn't hangcuff you... FIGHT IT!  However if he explained to you that he could've taken you to jail... GIRL pay that TICKET, cause your name is going to be out there... FOR REAL!!! Your in Virginia... Virginia police officers will pull thier mother over and give her ass a TICKET!!!

Thanks for the POST I owe they stank asses 145.00 for speeding... LMAO...

Best Wishes... OH!!!!!  Are you coming to the Meet and Greet... If so... Look for the woman with the Golden Smile and you'll find me...

Thanks for the tip you are right, 91/65 is definately RECKLESS....I was not going 91, and he knows it...IMO going 91 miles per hour is almost like driving 100 and I have never driven that fast in my life although when I first got my beemer I was tempted ....I just think I was a quota for him that day and it was just bad luck for me! I going to try my best -- I have gained some weight so really don't want to show myselt at this point.... I may  do the dinner at the seafood place on Friday night and Zanzibar, I don't think I will have time to make any other events....I will have to a list of the events again....

I am not a "criminal" but I will provide my feedback anyway. I got pulled over for speeding in a construction zone several years ago. Now, was I speeding? Yes, however, there was no construction workers at the time. I decided to fight the charges because the fine for speeding in a construction zone was rediculously high as opposed to just speeding. My officer showed up for court and his calibration was challenged by someone else. He had very good records so I didn't go that direction with him. Long story short, I plead not guilty because even though I was speeding the fine I was being charged with was not fair. They offered me a deal to reduce my fine and given that I didn't speed again for so many months (I forget if it was 3 or 6) they wouldn't report it to my insurance. I did ultimately have to plead guilty in order to receive that offer but it was offered to me after I first plead not guilty.

See  that is what I am hoping and praying that he does not show up and it gets dismissed, but with the state of the economy I am sure they need every dime they can steal from motorist.
