I've been singing their praises for years, but they dun pissed me clean OFF!

So I upgraded in December, hated it, returned it....have not been credited. 

I've spoken with a zillion reps who have stated everything was all good etc, don't worry about it, based on notes they see exactly what is going on I don't owe anything, blah, blah, blah.

Tell me why these *******s cut off my damn phone?

Tell me why I'm on the phone with them now and they're acting like it's no big deal, but "sorry for the inconvenience" 

Explaining to me that "a credit can take up to 30" days, so I told her ass THAT IS WHY I HAVE CALLED YOU ALL THREE TIMES TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU FIX IT SO THE SYSTEM DOES NOT CUT ME OFF.

That said, I've been looking for a reason to jump to ATT and the only one I have come up with is that the iphone seems cool which kind of isn't good enough.  Any feedback on ATT and the iphone?  I'm very persuadable right now.

Hey QT I don't have an Iphone (budget doesn't allow for it) but I do have ATT and I don't have any probelms with them and they are quick about correcting mistakes and things like that on the bill> Good luck

I've got about 5 friends with the IPhone and a lotta the folks I work with have it.  They all sing the IPhone praises.  I've been with ATT for about 10 yrs now. i like the idea of roll over minutes in case I have a month where I make alot of work calls.  I will warn you, there's a lot of places I don't get a signal but Sprint and Verizon peeps don't seem to have that same issue.

right about now, I wouldn't argue with you, but on the real, T-Mo is good here in GA.  I think folks experiences differ by region as far as service goes.  I will say though that they have the best plans, I've checked and for the price I pay monthly I'd get hundreds less minutes with anyone else, so they kind of got me stuck. 

Cuz I'm cheap.

Sorry QT you've been having problems.  I have AT&T even when it was Cingular and I have not had any problems with them at all.  Except for when it comes to insurance.  But as soon as April comes I am upgrading to the iphone.  I can't wait!!!  I haven't heard any issues with iphone except can't receive pictures as text messages have to be sent as emails.  And I think I heard something about no insurance.  There are a few baf members that have iphones and they will be able to give you more info.  Good luck with the phone search!

ETA:  I don't like Sprint; they're customer service sucks and you cannot get a signal in some of the darndest places.  I did have verizon; they have cool phones but you can't use the phone in the basement or upstairs.

Girl you couldn't pay me to go back to Sprint!  It's been years, but I dropped so many calls with them it was ridiculous, then when I left them they tried to hem me up over something like $30.  It was a mess.

I still dig ole mobile.... they aiight with me for now - had ATT and left they azz cause of dropped calls and they didn't have unlimited text messaging back then......

I have the Samsung Blast - love it!  Could upgrade again right now but am not cause they don't have any other phones that I am interested in.

hey girl I say go with verizon I have had them all an d verizon to me is the best and I can get calls in areas that others cant go for verizon good luck girl
