Getting ready to go to early morning service since I have to work today.
Completed 3 miles on the treadmill and full upper body workout.
Will have: 128 ounces (1 gallong of water)
All vitamins and supplements
B - Green tea and a banana
After workout - Chocolate explosion protein milkshake
Lunch - Tuna on lettuce
Dinner - Turkey wing, brown rice, and greens
Before bed - protein shake
Make it a healthy day!

breakfast - protein bullet and wheat/fiber toast
lunch - grilling today... probably chicken and something green
dinner - same
100 oz water....
Workout - arms, legs and cardio this afternoon... and add another protein shake for an after the gym snack (of sorts)

No workout for me - it's rest day.
BUT - no excuse NOT to take all my vitamins and my fat burner (got a new one, like how if controls my hunger)
Water - 80oz
Protein - 32g shake and with all I am BBQing - the rest will be NO problem!
B - shake, coffee
L - pan fried tilapia (been craving it), green beans
D - ribs and wings and baked beans MAYBE some cole slaw (if I am not too greedy on the meat)
Before bed - cheese and crackers
