Happy Valentines day...special love to Star Jones
Happy Valentines Day BAF...I hope you all are experiencing the love of God, the love of self and the returned love and gratitude of those you choose to love. I am having a great morning. I went to Star jones's (devineshani) page and wrote the recipe for the protein shake. I prayed and asked God please to let this be the answer. I have been barely hydrated and probably getting less than 10g of protein a day.Since the surgery I cannot stand the taste or smell of anything! Anyway I went to wallyworld and got me a really good blender and the ingredients. Drum roll please....... i AM ABOUT HALFWAY THROUGH MY GLASS AS i AM TYPING.. I am so grateful. I knew I could not continue the way I was going. The ice is sooooo soothing as it goes down. This was better than any gift i could have asked for today. I am so grateful for the support and input of this community. I hope you all have a day full of love and joy.

Heeeey Mz Jojo!! I'm glad you like it. I think the coffee cuts the protien. I actually looove the taste of the drink and drink it every AM.
