Thanks for inviting the newbies! We really need this reminder, because this is seriously a journey. People do say that easy-way-out crap but i ignore it. You look fabulous......and that is one of the things that keeps us going.  We are able to feel/see the inward and outward progress it provides us, while climbing the mountain.
