Need some Opionions/Advise from Fellow Bandsters

Lean and depend on the Lord.
I had a total hyster in 2004, which was 4 years before I got banded. Based on my experience, I suggest an unfill. You just won 't feel well enough to be bothered with the band. You cannot take the risk of not being able to get the proper nutrition or getting stuck and vomitting if you are getting an abdominal incision. Bottom line, recovering from major surgery with a filled band doesn't sound good.
I believe you're going to do fine with the surgery and with getting restriction back if you do get unfilled.
