Good morning BAF,
I am back! Yes, today I am picking myself up, dusting myself off, and starting this journey again.
Just as the prodigal son came to his senses and returned home throwing himself on his father’s mercy, I am returning to what I consider my home. BAF.
When I started this journey 15 months ago, I was here every day and y’all kept me focused. I lost 78 pounds. Then somehow after that first year I got off track.
I have been off the board for a while, only dropping in every so often, in lurk mode, shame to show my face.
Why? Because I was not doing what I was supposed to be doing. But today, I am recommitting to living a healthy life and following the band rules. Thanks Faith! J
I am not asking for pity, because I know y’all don’t play that, But I am asking for your prayers and support. Not only does it take a village in raising children, it take a village in losing and maintaining weight loss too.
I can and will do this!
