It been a long time since I actually finished what is on my plate no matter how small the amount.
It been a long time since I actually ran instead of walked.
It been a long time since I bought clothes and shoes since Sept 08 but seems like an eternity.
It been a long time since I had enough in my rain day fund because rain days keep taking place.
It been a long time since I saw my sister and mother in their right mind. (Over ten years)
With all that said I am learning to not worry about any of the above because Jesus got me.

Its been a long time scince I have stuck to not eating after 7pm...been tough cause I am a nibbler/grazer 
.....................and I havnt given in to the box of cheezits thats been calling my name almost everyday ( those that know me know that I have a serious love affair with those things
