This woman used her crockpot EVERY day for a year.

Some good recipes:

Okay so I just looked at a few and some seem like they may be delicious.  Thanks for sharing this.

She seems a bit weird but a few of the recipes looked good.  I love coming home and don't have to cook.

Thanks taw,
I've been on the site all morning selecting a few for my diet.  I've been thinking about getting a crock pot.  I'm going to get one on my lunch hour today.  Might get the electric pressure cooker instead.  Cooks faster, I'm really bad about planning ahead.  I'll probably starve waiting 6 hours to eat.  lol

Once you get used to it the crockpot is wonderful.  You turn it on low in the morning, head to work and come home to a wonderful, already cooked meal.

It also is great for WLS patients because the slow cooking, lower tempatures make the meat really tender.

@ You leave it on and go to work.  I'm gonna have to take baby steps and maybe run errands in the area first.  I think I have OCD because I'd be thinking about my apartment burning down all day .

Girl, you sound just like me.  I even have a ritual to double check the coffee pot and stove burners before I leave the house every morning.  I will NOT leave a crock pot on all day with no one at home.  I cook in mine overnight or else during the day when I'm at home and just don't feel like checking a pot on the stove every few minutes.
