see - bet you thought I was gonna say SHOP, huh? Well - some of that too - but nothing like I would have years ago. I am going to tell a couple credit card companies and other debts to kiss my grits and stop calling me!!!! My FICO is gonna email me one of those '***** - why you paying **** off? You know we make more money off your BROKE ass' emails...... LOL!!!!

The direct deposit held true for mine and it was in the bank last Friday morning. I will spend a little and bank the rest.
I was thinking about paying my truck off a couple of months early until my oldest son's truck broke down and I had to fork out the money for a fuel pump and labor...dayum I wish I knew how to work on vehicles.
Once this truck is paid for, I will only owe for my house and one small credit card that I choose to keep for emergencies (like the truck repair). Thank you Jesus!

BUT, I am with you I plan on paying off a bill! I have been in a dispute with Capitol One for some years now, I think I am going to get them off my back. The rest is going to be placed in some type of mutual fund or something so I can get some interest off that shyt. JUST in case one day "the man" lay a sista' off. I still need to be able to pay my freakin' mortgage and car note...
