Hey all....whats on your plate today?

Breakfast:  1/2 pack of weight control banana nut oatmeal

Lunch:  Chicken tender on wheat with lettuce & mayo

Snack;  Protein bar

Dinner:  Salmon baked with roasted red pepper hummos on top.

"If you dont have time to do it right the first time....when will you have time to fix it??"

Breakfast: Boiled egg , 2 slices of turkey bacon

Snack: Yogurt

Lunch: 3 oz grilled chicken breast with a small salad

Snack: Protein Shake

Dinner: Grilled Fish and small salad

Water Intake: so far 64 oz with 64 more to go

Vitamins: All done

B - protein shake
B#2 - bacon egg and cheese taco
L - homemade pork stir fry over brown rice
S - yoplait 100 cal yogurt
After workout - protein drink
D - ribs (YES, AGAIN) and baked beans
S - cheese and crackers OR a choc chip cookie

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

will try to get a twisted cherry protien shake in on the ride home from work...i'm going to get my bottle of water out the fridge

snack: another freakin protein shake because I'm so behind in protein.
