I GOT A DATE!!!!!! I THINK
OK SO YESTERDAY I HAD MY RIB CHECK IN DATE WITH MY SURGEON. AND I MUST SAY I WAS AFRAID FOR NOTHING. I TOLD HER THAT I HAD STOPPED SMOKING FOR SURE AND DID GAIN SOME WEIGHT FOR SURE BUT SHE SAID SINCE YOU HAVE STOPPED SMOKING I WILL FILL YOU IN FOR GET THIS MARCH 24, 2009 BUT BUT BUT YOU MUST SHOW ME BY MARCH 2, 2009 THAT YOU ARE MAKING SOME PROGRESS IN LOSING SOME OF THE 20 POUNDS. I ASSURED HER I WOULD BECAUSE NOW I'M DOWN TO THE WIRE. SO IF ANYONE HAS A DIET PLAN I CAN FOLLOW PLEASE FORWARD IT TO ME. SHE DID TELL ME TO TRY AND JUST EAT AS MUCH PROTEIN, VEGI'S, AND 2 FRUITS A DAY AND I WOULD SEE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. SO IT LOOKS LIKE MARCH 24. I'D LIKE TO THANK ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE HELPED ME THUS FAR.

I would just follow the eating plan she suggested AND I would try to drink about 100oz of water a day. I know that sounds like a lot of water but it helps to flush out the salt that is in your system a bit. That is in my experience it has. My body has a habit of holding on to that dayumn salt. Don't let me eat some McDonald's french fries.... instand 1 - 2 pound gain the next day.
