Do  you think about weight related things... like how much you weigh..how much you've eaten...what you need to eat...how much you want to lose...protein intake...working out or lack there of??

I swear I must think about something weight related at least every 15 minutes! My thoughts are consumed with things surrounding my weight and it drives me crazy!

I think it more than I think about bills...or even sex...now you know that is a shame

How often do you think about things relating to your weight???

Twice as often as I post on the board.....

Three times as often as I get up to get more water - because it's a part of my eating plan

Four times as often as I pick at or fix my clothes and lament my rolls

Five times as often as I friggin BREATHE!!!!!!

Hell - I am tryna figure out right NOW what I am going to have for dinner in 3 HOURS!!!!!  and that I am 4 glasses BEHIND schedule in water.....

AND WHAT DA HELL IS GOING ON WITH MY SHAPEWEAR RIDIN UP THE CRACK OF MY NOW BIGGER BUTT CAUSE MY WORKOUTS MADE MY AZZ SPREAD????!!!!!!

I still weigh myself everyday too...... and ask me why I get exited over seeing .3 drop?  LOL!!!

Heck yea it's a disorder - one that we had SURGERY to assist in treating!!!!!

Even my BF talks about how MUCH *I* talk about food...... my most frequent question to him is 'Baby - you hungry?'

Ro,
I don't think its a shame.  I think about weight and portion to the point of near obsession sometimes cuz I never ever wanna be knows as a "Fat Fukk" again in life.

My feeling is if I become complacent and think I'm "like everybody else" and can eat what I want, I WILL get humongous again.

So how often would you say you think about it...every 2 minutes...every 15??

Dalexis like I told MM above I am just sick of thinking about it... I even weigh myself everyday!

not every two minutes, but enough for it to be noticible.

While I"m sick of HAVING to think about it, i'm really afraid NOT to.  I don't want to have failed and went back to where I started like sooooooo many ppl I know and have heard of.
