Okay brotha's and sista's... I've been gone for a while... Almost 4 years as a matter of fact but I'm back.
I'm coming back to the support system that helped me be so successful with my Weight Loss Journey from 2002 - 2005!

I strayed and thought I could maintain on my own but 30+ pounds later I see that I should have stayed with what was working!

I look forward to meeting you and giving/getting support for this life changing thing we've all committed to.
