Thanks Wonka.....I honestly  feel like a survivor.  The part that I didnt share was that  the thug was whooping my behind every chance he got.  In between the rough riding.

My call of victory is the fact that I'm here and better than ever.

He's somewhere in Va......with a bunch of kids that he cant  provide for.  I still got my job ( same job when he met me )  my daugher is healthy & whole and I'm finally shedding the weight from years of depression.  God is good

I find nothing attractive about bad boys, gangsta's.  I don't like that 'hey ma come here shorty', whistling ****  Such a turn off.  Cause if he decides one day to hit me (cause I am quick to say something slick).  My good hot cast iron skillet is ready to break his skull in and I am going to jail.  And I am not made for jail!!!

I don't know why good men or any man that has a good thing going would risk it for some outside ..........  Maybe it's the thrill of the chase; maybe it's I won't get caught; and the adrenaline rush.

Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely who others think you are!

You might not be made for jail but yo ass sure sounds a lot like you know a thing or two about surviving the means streets of the kitchen.

Dayum.  A cast iron-skillet huh?  Why you don't say...

Been there, done that!  Won't ever do it again.  I was young andI married a thug.  Here I was a young country girl from FL just enthralled with this hood from Brooklyn, NY.  But soon I realized there is nothing nice about having the Feds trail you in an unmarked car all day, everyday and knowing all of your business.

As I have matured, I want different qualities in a man.  I prefer the educated, nerdy,  legal job-having type of man.  Street smarts or being from the hood doesn't hurt (Neci don't want a punk) but I defnitely don't need everybody in the hood knowing who you are.

Having the Feds follow you?  Dang!  That must've been scary.  Glad you made it out of that with your life and your sanity.  I can't stand people being all up in my business.   But in a situation like that one, it just comes with the territory.

My husband is a PURE BRED THUG....I am a PURE BRED THUGETTE.....we compliment each other!

You can't reek of fear!  Hood smells fear!  You gotta walk the walk...talk the talk.....

Same for him....Cinci is home for home.....we go in the city all the time.....NO FEAR can be shown when you walking the streets of AVONDALE ~in fact, my dumb asse got lost over there the other night BWAHAHAHAAHA...my kids were SCARED!....I'm like "Swallow that fear lil Shordy"

I was scareder than a MUG, but they would NEVER know it!

I focus not on my disabilty; my focus is on my ABILITIES.
