It's not peanut butter (like the jar) for the most part with an exception of a few brands but the paste that is used for crackers, cookies, in my favorite ice cream, bakery cakes, etc.
I'm still eating the jar but tossed my Kashi bars (also on the list) and my Austin peanut butter and cheese crackers.

Thanks for this list! My evil azzed protein bars on on here - but I already blew my azz up - didn't get any 'nella sickness - I'm like you - I woulda been scarfin them hoes down hoping for a good stomach flu to get me to goal weight....... LOL!!!!
I can't get sick for NUFFIN!!!!
