i love muscle milk!! it was my protein saviour when i first got out the hospital!

Breakfast - a cheese omelet (which made me sick by the way).  I am not feeling well so I will probably do liquids or soft foods all day!

Good evening--I know I am late but here goes.  This is what I had today:

EM- 100% Whey protein w/ 12 oz fat free/skim milk w/ choc. Carnation instant breakfast
B- Beef sausage w/ melted cheese slice
S- Sunflower seeds
L- Tuna w/ 5 whole wheat crackers
S- V-8 juice & 6 Turkey bites
D- 100 % Whey Protein Shake w/ 8 oz. fat free/skim milk

64 ozs. of water so far but still up so I am am still drinking
All vitamins
