Good morning.

Breakfast:  Nectar Chocolate Truffle shake.  OMG, it was so disgusting.  But I desperately need to start my day on a protein kick so I choke it down. 

Real breakfast:  shake & bake chicken leg

Lunch:  Eithe tuna or special K protein cereal.  I don't know and today is my lazy day

Snack: probably a fugdesicle

Dinner: I thinking turkey taco salad.

didnt you have that shake and back leg last night!!    i drink the protein drinks from www.smartforme.com they are so good and dont give you that yukky chalky taste!

I did.  But I am super lazy and non creative when it comes to cooking., especially now when i can only eat a little of it.  I make 4 chicken legs and eat good for days.
For the last couple of weeks I haven't been meeting my protein requirements, nor have I been eating so I am forcing myself to get out of my funk and do better. 
So yall are just get ready for the repeats.

i hear you...i have struggles becuase i loved cooking but not the way i have to cook now, so i have to come up with more creative ways to eat healthy!  i struggle with the protein as well, so i started making all my dinner choices some type of seafood.

* Protein Shake (Vanilla Whey Isolate Protein Powder, 6 oz Light Hawiian Punch, 6 oz Unsweetened Silk Soy Milk)
* Turkey Pepperoni (17 pieces)

Dinner
* Cabbage Soup
* Cornbread

Minimum of 64 oz Water

i did the cabbage diet about 7 years ago and i swear i couldnt come near another bowl of cabbage soup!!!

B- 2 oz salmon with lemon and pepper and 1 scrambled egg with salsa

L- chicken with salsa and cheese in low carb tortilla wrap with lettuce and an orange

s-  vanilla sugar free yogurt mixed with natural peanut butter (protein booster)

d- salmon and cottage cheese with peaches

s- sugar free popsickle???
