Breakfast - 2 broccoli & chedder morningstar bites
Snack - Pomegranite Berry protein bar
Lunch - 3 Bean Salad w/ a veggie burger
3 Bean Salad:
goya black beans, red beans, and kidney beans. Diced green onions, red pepper, yellow pepper. olive oil, lemon juice, and cooking white wine. some adobo and pepper...BANGIN!!
Snack - Not sure yet, forgot to bring something
Dinner - Salmon and brown rice or wheat pasta with diced tomatos

B - protein shake
S - cream cheese danish
L - pork stir fry over brown rice (homemade)
S - 100 cal yogurt
D - ribs, baked beans
S - cheese and crackers or more yogurt
Looking to get in 80 oz of water.

I was wondering if you was having leftovers...girl dont try to pu**** and get sick lol...i did that this morning...scrambled 2 eggs knowing i can only handle one lol...we cant help it though...its in our blood
