Protein Bars
Jerry I like the pure protein bars at Walmart but you can't really go by me. I can eat and drink most anything. However those are cheap and have 20 gms of protein. Don't know how many carbs you want to consume daily so you may want to try something more expensive less carbs.

Have you tried the atkins or the southbeach bars I get the variety pack of the southbeach bars from walmart with 10 grams of protein peanut butter and cinn raisin flavor and they are pretty good, now the atkins advantage bars varies in protein some have 18 or 15 grams of protein ..but I you have to tried them out to see if you like them .. they have indivinuals ones you can buy so you can try them out before you buy a whole box of them.
stay away from protein bars!! they are the DEVIL!!!! lol

i order mine from www.smartforme.com they have the best flavors, pomegranite berry, chocolate decadence...i get alot of their protein drinks to, they arent shakes, they taste like kool aid!
