I'm at a loss. What type of WLS did you have?
Your weight chart started off at 247 11/07 and in Jan. 09 you were 233.
Is the chart incorrect. the dates incorrect or did you not have surgery?
It's impossibble to make a judgement as to what you should do with out more information.

Okay that makes sense now. I actually went back and read all your posts and have a little more incite. Hopefully the Lap banders here can provide you with some help.
My suggestion is to stay away from all types of sugars, cut the nuts, check you restriction andwalk walk walk!!!

couple of thoughts 1) have you lost any inches... the scale doesn't move for me when i lose inches and when I'm losing weight a don't lose any inches !!!!! 2) are you getting in enough water and calories . need some food to fuel the loss think protein , protein and protein. 3) muscle mass will keep your weight up short term as you add it and then you should start to lose again.4) nut are a good protein source but high in fat maybe mix it up with some other types of protein also .. good luck

Going to the gym....What are you doing when you get there. When I hear people say that they are going to the gym, it remind me of this joke that I heard. This guy is talking to his friend, he said, "man, I been to the gym everyday for the last 7 days." His friend said "wow, that is great". The first friend said "yes and next week I am going to start working out". My point: are you making the most of the time that you are spending in the gym?
Nuts are fattening, as a treat every once in a while, may not be bad but really not the best snack that you can have.

I would have to agree with everyone else that it has to be either water, protein, or calories! Somewhere your intake is off! Sometimes diet drinks are high in calories or juices or energy drinks!?
If you do not get enough fluid your body will hold the weight, if you do not get enough protein your body will hold the weight, and if you eat too many calories it will slow your weight loss down!
Either start using a food diary or talk to your surgical nutritionists!
But, do not let it discourage you-you are winning!
