Ok maybe someone can help me.  For the past month i have been watching my intake and going to the gym where i have incorporated weights besides cardio and i have not lost one pound.  I have been taking my calcium and my vitamines but i don't know what I am doing wrong.  I am staying away from sweets and carbs.  I have been eating a lot of nuts I'm wondering if that is what is keeping the weight on me.  If anyone knows please help me out.

I would try another source of protein instead of nuts seems like they must be the problem.

Since you added weights to your workout regime, you may be on adding muscle weight.  Try taking your measurements and see if you are losing inches.

Wel it must be the fact that you aren't drinking enough water.  That helps flush the fat out.  I really don't think you are eating enough nuts to cause a problem.  You may just be at a stall.
Don't let it sway you from eating right and exercising.  Drink at least 65 - 70 ozs of water a day.  Try it for a week and let us know if that works!

ETA:  I forgot to ask, how is your protein intake?  There are calculators online that you can use.  It will ask for your weight and tell you how many grams of protein you should be getting in per day.  On the average, I think 60 -70 grams is good.

If your protein is low, that will cause slow WL also.

i was in the same boat as you and my doctor told me to focus on Cardio for now and leave the weights alone,

also told me nuts were a no-no,because they are fattening.

He also tested my thyroid which were low and put me on thyroid meds and eversince then the pounds have been melting off..... Good Luck to you!!!
