WOW - you on it!!!  30lb barbells or bar on your curls?

do you do pushups? - I am really trying to get my upper body stronger - so i am looking to steal some ideas.....

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I have dumbells in my home gym. I only use the bar when I go the YMCA. Yes, I do pushups and pullups. If you can, get an exercise ball for your home.....pushups are so much easier to do on the ball until you build up your strength.
