There is no need to feel run off...if you think these folks here were being rude, I don't think you could handle it if someone here WAS rude.
WOMAN UP...take your lumps and keep it moving. These folks KEEP IT REAL, yes they do, but you need to lighten up and take it in the spirit in which it was intended. Would you rather get it now or when you are 18 mos out and starting to gain some weight back? Those of us who have been fighting this fight for YEARS know what lies in front of you...it's all easy now, you can recover quickly from your ooopsies, but it's more difficult when you're 2, 3, 4 years out or longer. Like Cookie said...keep asking questions, this site and these people are great sources of valuable information. Don't lose the lesson just because the delivery is not what you expect.
I need to save my diplomatic thoughts for those who appreciate them and truly want them. Dang my head hurts.

You know, the object to being here is to give and share info. Along the way, we laugh some, fight some. Like any dysfuctional family, not everyone is gonna get along; there's always that one person that has you asking yourself "what the hell is THAT person doing here?".
Sometimes, the truth is going to hurt when you ask a question, but know that for the most part, no one is hear to purposely hurt your feelings (well, there is always that one miserable ******* who loves to see others share their misery).
Sometimes, you are going to ask questions that require some frank, honest answers you may not like..just like life. Now, the thing is, some are easy and calm with the answers while others can be brutally honest. Don't take it to heart. Okay?
