I'm glad you didn't give in Tel.  I know how it is to be in a dam dressing room and pants won't fit you, it really sucks.  
19 Weeks Tel  19,  remember we have to do it, you promised. 

here is my size run down:

Dress -  Don't have a clue don't wear them
Shirts- Med to large, but I like wear X-Large like um big Pants:  14 and when i'm bloated 16   WTF  Is right,   


How the hell did I get this fat again,   HOWWWWWWWWW????

I got you Lee.  I did some grocery shopping at 5 am yesterday morning before the munchies kicked in and stocked up on some good healthy food choices.  My new snack of choice is the sugar free Jello chocolate pudding topped with cool whip.  120 cals max!  Feeds the choclate monster and is as close to ice cream that I can safely get.  My goal after I had my port replaced was to get below 300 by my bday (March 11th) . With my tight fill I dn't think tis will be a problem.  My next major goal is to get below 275 ( my college graduation weight).  I'm sporting a pair of jeans I haven't worn since I lived in Florida over 8 yrs ago.  I want to find a really cute dress though.  Its something I've never been able to comfortably wear and feel I look really good in.

Keep it up girl! You acn do it!

oooohhhhhh  Michelle I like that cool whip on top of the chocolate pudding idea.  I love cool whip and I love chocolate pudding.   I will have to try that. 

You sound like you are doing really well,  Keep it up girl.   We have 19 Weeks to get good and trim.       I will make it and I want you to make it with me.

Girl I'm just doing the best I can.  I'm still not exercising as I should, but I got in alot of cardio as I walked around my neighborhood a few times in the cold after locking myself out of my car last week. 

I find it easier for me to focus on one aspect at a time and until I get that part right and then I add on what else I need to work on.

Lee is been a rough as hell week but I had your back today!  I did weights and I upped the weight.  Who knew that working out would feel so good!  Thanks again for the DVD will be starting that program Mar 1!
