19 WEEKS TO GO BEFORE THE BIG DAY, YALL STILL WITH ME

Today madE 1 full week of my new eating plan to get into those size 10 jeans before I leave for my big trip.    Now I know a lot of yall said you were down with me and I want to know how many of you stuck with your plan this week.   

We started at 20 weeks, hoping to lose 30 pounds or better yet hoping to get into those size 10 jeans hanging up in my bathroom.   So I did really well,  I had absolutely no candy at all which is a very difficult thing for me but I did it.   I drank my water, worked out and I am a bit closer to getting to those 10's.   

I am not going to weigh myself for a whole month, and I don't plan on trying on the jeans for a while.  Someone told me my ass looks like it is getting really big, that almost sent me to the M&M's, but I had to sit myself down and think.  If my ass is looking really big now what will having another large pack of M&M's and a sleve of Fig Newtons do for it ? MAKE IT LOOK BIGGER!!  so I did not give into it and I used thos negative words to help me stay focused.

I am going to have one treat today however,  because the plan is that I will have one, and only one thing I like every 7 days and then back on track.  I will not eat bad the entire day I will just have one thing and that is it. 

We have 19 weeks now yall,  We can do this,  do you still have your goals?  In case you forgot mine is size 10 or 8 jeans and 30 pounds off my ass but the jeans are more important. 

Who still with me on this?  19 WEEKS AND COUNTING.

Thanks Max,  funny thing is,  this time I really honestly do feel like I can do it.  Most other times I just say the words but don't really believe it but this time I believe it.  guess all I needed was a trip to a super hot place to motivate me.  LOL

Hey Lee - I am WITH you man!!!!  I just stocked up on yoplait light 100 cal yogurts - I didn't know they had these jokers out - 100 cal - flavored with splenda - got some MAD good flavors!!!  This is gonna be my nightly dessert!!!!

PLUS - I am upping my weights on my routines - I can STILL feel the burn!!!  WE GOT THIS!!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

100 Calorie Yoplait,   oh man !!  I have to go do my weeks grocery shopping today and I will definately look for those cause I would like to have some more snack options.    Yesterday I had the jello sugar free chocolate pudding for a snack, it only has 4 carbs and not many calories so it makes for a good snack but I may have to lay off those cause it made me want to eat more and more of them.  Chocolate is my trigger.

19 weeks will go fast and I don't want to let it get away from me like I usually do so yes you are right  WE GOT THIS!!!!!   cause i'm not letting it get the best of me anymore,  I'm tired of being fat.

I'm still with you Lesia.  I almost broke down yesterday in the Macy's dressing room.  I was trying to buy jeans.  My thighs just WON'T GO AWAY!!!  So this is the run down on my sizes.

Dresses-size 12
Shirts-Large
Pants-18?????  WTF?????

Ughhhhhh somebody what is THE BEST exercise to trim these thighs down some????

Hey Tel!!!

You want to work your quads and hamstrings - this will help slim them down - I posted a link to a site that shows exercises in my workout update thread earlier - those might help.

She needs to get rid of the fat before she starts building up muscle or she will just have bigger legs.   Cause the muscles will be wrapped up in fat and it will just look big.
