Who this heffa thank she fooling?? (Kinda Long)

My aunt was about 270 and losed a little weight to have a breast reduction and tummy tuck.  She lose just the small amount of weight her surgeon told her to lose had the procedures and is not back at 250.

I have a good friend who had WLS and says she is a size 8, when she is more likely at 16.  I don't get it either...
