Mad, Piss8d o** and tired EXTRA LONG REHAP PLACES
I been have a problem with the rehab place. It start with not one with name tags( going to be using cell phone for pic to identify the helper's. My father then goes to rehap with no problem even. Even thought he smokes have not been asking for no smoke if so he'll get kick out. By now how do you forget to feed a person the meals Durn, how and the He!! came you for get to serve person the food when they are seated at the dinner table. And my father in not going to speak up he has not have a stroke a can speak but if he start he well blown his top. Ok goes in Sat . morning he has on a filthy shirt no pants(they say he have no clean clothes. Why did we spend all week get 7 sets of clothing for him including socks including and they telling him this morning he has nothing clean. My Twin went in change he bed top to find he didn't have on any panties. Dammm they think it our durn job, helll no they didn't looked in his clean 3 changes f fresh clothes. sister set in out and when and got the nurse of helper to change him completely.
Father asked one of the sister(sister meaning a member of our church for and extra pillow. And the beoucth through it at him,(knowing seeing that his muscle have been so week that he can not reach this pillow she just threw at him. god know when not to let to people be in the same room together.
I'm on my way to church in the morning and I praying she doesn't come to church tomorrow. I told my cousin WILL was not going to start with her at church . But I well kindle ask her when her next work day. If it not Mon,Tues. I'll have her call in and put in check. The manager told my sister we can have someone to seat with him but most of the time the sitter just start a Mess NOOOOOO they just report what the worker's are not doing for the patients. Everything we go down the hall the little elder people wanting us to do something for them. Before we can get to our father room we are detour for one of the patients. What can you do when you her them calling you and you no it you they are trying to stop Men and woman. The paid people tell them they'll get to them when they can the old gentlemen coat was wrapped up in a wheel chair. God Help me find the right wrong on Monday to let them no I have seen enough cutting up. I watch a Lady
with the same complaints and will be in the director office Ellary on Monday morning. THEY PUT THEM TO BED ON Friday AT 6:00 AND EXPECT THEM TO K Kept QUIETED UNTIL MONDAY MORNING NOT IN THIS LIFE TIME. enough IS TRULY ENOUGH

I really pray things get better for your Dad. Rehab, nursing home it seems the care is getting worse. We had to do almost all the care for my father-in-law. It's fortunate that we are a large group and live close.
We gave the staff that dealt with my father-in-law something on the side so that they took better care of him but we still would pop in without advance notice along with our daily routine for helping take care of him.
I pray all goes well.

I wish I could say that we are a large family but's 4 of us with only 2 doing anything it's tiring. I was sitting in the hal thinking yesterday and tere was one of the lights on for over 30min. The patient daughter was seating in there just to see how long it was going to take for someone to come. Well after the 30 min out she pops heading for the person on attending for the weekend.
Everything I was ranting able she was on the nurses staff about. Telling her come Monday she was going to report the. I'm not giving them a wanting I've tlk to much. We was told we could have a sitter with our father but most of the time they cause
trouble? Why because they just report everything that I've seen this week to the patiene people. They are not just starting trouble they are just stating the facts of what is going on while they are there.
They put them in the bed by 7pm on Friday and don't want to be bother with them the whole weekend. The only ones that may get up is those that have people visiting them on a daily basic.
I know they are tired and over worked but just so happen they do get paid for their jobs. Some of the room you pass smell like that have not done anything since friday.

Thanks sboyd1 dad is doing great getting his energy back. They was mad because he went to the bathroom on his on. They rather these people to wait around using the bathroom on their selves and then get mad when they do. My dad don't say much but the gentlemen that's in the bed next to him give them a lot of work to do. Got to get me a good laugh a their expense. Thank you for the continue prayer's

I will keep all of you in my prayers. What is it with rehab? I thought that this twilight zone stuff only happened in Michigan
. By recent experience I suggest that you all start figuring out a rotation plan. When mama was on the rehab floor she told us that the nurses would come and close all of the doors at 10:00 and would NOT answer the call button and then had the nerve to cop an attitude when we began to camp around the clock. This one night that I was there they let an elderly man fall. My mother developed the worst bedsore known to man.
Reporting is like talking to the wall because they have these nurses and assistants working 16 hour shifts for 3 days and then off 4, but they are so short handed with folks calling in sick that they work overtime and sometimes only have 1 day off if that. If they knew what I know about treating the body as if its a robot. I used to do that back in the day all for a $1500 dollar a week check, but when my body finally gave..it gave.
Mamas two weeks in the first part of rehab was a nightmare, but when she was finally moved to a more comprehensive rehab floor and was treated like a human being and the rest of her stay was above satisfactory. Stay on top of things, but for us peace of mind didn't come until we started doing our own shifts around the clock.
