how to get over this plateau?

 hey guys, im going thru the plateaus stage its driving me crazy, i've been the same weight for about a month.... even when i'm busting my butt working out... any tips? i feel like i can eat more.... and thats kind of scaring me... any tips? oh yeah im  6 months out

Ummzeez  I don't have any advice for you except for your only 6 months out and your body will begin to lose again.  

I have a question for you,  I noticed you have on a head covering in your pics,  what are they called?  and where do you get them?    I am going to be traveling to a area where it is customary to wear them and I want to be respecful of their customs and traditions. 

If you can tell me what they are called I can look them up myself and find them in my area.

well i guess i'll just keep... doing what i'm doing hopefully i'll jumpstart again.

As for my headcovering it is called a Hijab(he-jab) or Khimar(Kee-maar)_, both arabic words... if there is any neighborhood that is heavily middle eastern, you can find them. Or search online.. you can also make them yourself using a large square of fabric folded in half to make a triangle

Thanks ummzeez  I went to youtube and typed in hijab and I am surprised at how easy it is to put them on.   I will have to practic before I leave

some people are serious with it, they do their hijabs like its a hair do'.... but me i wear the hijab equivalent of a "mom ponytail"

bwahhhhhhhhhhhhh already stresssin' ....girl these things happen... it will break when it breaks
