That's why I'm anti-death penalty.  Too many innocent people executed.

I am a news junkie and have been following this story..... Is is sad but true MANY people are locked up in the system him in TEXAS and thankfully we have a black District Attorney now who us in the process of going through these "questionable" cases.
 
One thing you can day about Texas is we have no problem with executing the guilty here, we have the highest execution rate in the country.

Edited to add I am PRO-Death Penalty if the case is proven without a reason a doubt.

This is typical of the unJustice corrupted system of Texas.  I am surprised that it actually came tolight and the courts admitted the mistake. 

How he felt???  Think of what was surely done to him in prison.   You think his lawyer actually fought for him?  I doubt it. 

I'm also surprised it was Judge Baird presiding...

omg this is so sad and just reminds me how much we as a people need to bare. things are better but   we still  have a long way to go.
