Have no appitite today, I noticed that I have not been hungry too much since starting this South Beach eating plan. I am not hungry, so why do I feel like I should eat something, I guess that is the "addiction" talking or what some call head hunger. I'm going with what my Body tells me to do from now on...I believe I can distinguish mental, emotional or boredum eating from physical/Body hunger. I have to really thank my Doctor for making me do this eating plan before going into surgery.
