Not a great day for me...its amazing how changes in your schedule can just throw you all outta wak.
Breakfast::
Piece of toast with margarine...didnt act right in my stomach
Lunch:
Pad Thai with shrimp and a spring roll.....i feel stuffed!!!
Dinner:
Dont know..i have nutrition calss tonight so i may pick up something light at the bariatric cafe there.....

S - cottage cheese & raisins
D - probably baked chicken and green beans
Oh - forgot to mention the chocolate chip cookie I am munching on right now.....

The past couple of days have been horrible for me, eating wise...not able to digest food very well...so today's menu:
B - thin sliced wheat bread with peanut butter and s-f yogurt
S - cheddar cheese slices and hard salami (still stuck in my throat!)
L - bowl of chicken noodle soup (waiting for it now...)

D - ??

6 melba toast crackers - almost forgot this
L - 3 wingettes
1 cup of collards
1 4oz butterscotch pudding
s -2 oatmeal cookies 142 calories
D- Not sure yet, but its gonna be on plan.
So far Ive drank 2 pints of waters as well.
