Not a great day for me...its amazing how changes in your schedule can just throw you all outta wak.

Breakfast::
Piece of toast with margarine...didnt act right in my stomach

Lunch:
Pad Thai with shrimp and a spring roll.....i feel stuffed!!!

Dinner:
Dont know..i have nutrition calss tonight so i may pick up something light at the bariatric cafe there.....

B- peaches and cottage cheese

s- skipped wasnt too hungry

L- grilled chicken and salsa in LC tortilla with lettuce and yogurt

s- cheese stick and few almonds

d- dont know yet ...fish an veg maybe???

s- sf popsicle or orange

B - Protein shake
L - Pei Wei spicy korean chicken, starbucks mint mocha frap w/protein added
S - cottage cheese & raisins
D - probably baked chicken and green beans

Oh - forgot to mention the chocolate chip cookie I am munching on right now.....

SHUT UP - IT'S MY WORKOUT NIGHT!!!!!  LOL

The past couple of days have been horrible for me, eating wise...not able to digest food very well...so today's menu:

B - thin sliced wheat bread with peanut butter and s-f yogurt
S - cheddar cheese slices and hard salami (still stuck in my throat!)
L - bowl of chicken noodle soup (waiting for it now...)
S - ??
D - ??

I choose to love myself, live life to the fullest, and encourage others to liberate themselves!

b - protein shake with almond milk.

s- 1 tangelo
     laughing cow cheese wedge
     6 melba toast crackers - almost forgot this
    
L - 3 wingettes 
      1 cup of collards
       1 4oz  butterscotch pudding

s -2 oatmeal cookies 142 calories

D-   Not sure yet,  but its gonna be on plan.  

So far Ive drank 2 pints of waters as well.

S: Few slices of watermelon

Breakfast:
Oatmeal w/ butter
1/4 cup. Blueberries
2 pc. real bacon

Lunch:
Susage
zucchini
1/4 cup blueberries

Not sure about dinner yet, but I have to get in 70 more carbs, and almost 900 calories  by the end of the day so I may go out to eat.
