My thing is MOSt but not ALL pink people come from "family" money AND unlike a lot of us many of them SAVE money. How do i know because I work with alot of them who wear the SAME CLOTHES week after week, AND bring their lunch most days. BUT, outside of the firm these same "tight" people live next door to "Troy Aikman" and near Pres Bush new home. I was looking at an attorney the other day who was disappointed he lost "132k" in 401k WTF??? My $4k I lost is just pennies...

Good for her....maybe she was able to go cause she had family there and all she had to do was pay the airfare.  Who knows..and really who cares ???

If stuff aint benefiting or taking from me....I dont much bother with it. 

I also know that being envious of someone is a a waste of energy and time and really only takes you off your dreams and desires. 

Now something that really ticked me off  recently was  finding out that a young lady in my daughter's school was observed cheating off my daughter during a statewide exam.  And the school is considering asking my daughter to retake her test.  That dosent seem fair, when she wasnt the one cheating and didnt authorize anyone to cheat off her.  But you cant find city hall, especially not in NYC.  But yes, that  made me want to march to the  school like Miss Sophia and  turn it out.

I SAID I wasn't doing any trips in 2009 - but DANG!!!  Just out of curiosity I looked at flying to DC - it's less than $200 with all taxes and fees!!!!  I can only IMAGINE what a Vegas trip later this year will look like!!!!

Go with a group of people and rent a house - instead of 200+ a night for a hotel
You can to $200+ a night for a house.

I gotta agree with Mack.... by the time I finish rounding up folks, and listening to 1000000000 stories of how they aint got any money,, Id rather go by myself.

Check this out,, in 2007, I went to Vegas, round trip flight, AND hotel was $442.00. And I stayed for 3 nights.


In 2008, I went again, this time for 2 days, and roundtrip flight, was $588.00 all together.

Now, in 2009,, I cant FIND a bargain!!!! My travel agent tells me that the past 2 times I went, it was EXTREMELY inexpensive, and I wont go that cheap again. Now they want like 619.00 for 2 nights!!!!


Its still not THAT expensive now,, but what makes them Vegas hotels and airlines so proud to RAISE the prices in this economic RECESSION?

Man - I got me a core group of Fam and Friends who I know are on top of their game.
1. When a group vacation deal comes out - it only goes out to people who have good history of having money when money is due.
2. The invite goes out once!!! - no hounding or chasing mofo's down! either you can or you cant go.  If not holla next time!
3. THIS IS THE BIGGEST TRAVEL WITH FAM AND FRIENDS RULE!!! - EVERYBODY AINT GOT TO DO ALL THE SAME THANGS. What this means is, If Ray and nem wanna hit hover dam but Sheila n' nem wanna hit the casino, and I wanna chill pool side.  (every body does their thang and we all hook up later! no preasure to do nothing you dont want to do.)
