If a man loses respect for a woman because of a sexual act...then he never respected her to begin with.
Sex is sex.....you cant impose one set of rules on men and another on women when it comes to satisfying sexual urges or desires.

I agree. 
Some women will only give head in the dark while they are in their own homes, while some will only allow their man to touch them at all sexually after they've showered and are smelling fresh as a rose.
Some men will only go down on their woman if she promises not to tell her girlfriends that he did, while some men will only tell their women how they feel about them while they are hovering over her during the whole sex act.
My point is men and women all have hangups but it's how we approach the reasoning behind the act is what makes us either respond to it favorably or feel repulsed by it.
