These are the times I HATE being in management - had to do some 'tough' talks today. I am so tense I could crack peanuts with my shoulder blades and I want a bottle of wine so bad I could SPIT!!!!!
Any words of encouragement for ya girl so i AVOID da liquor store on the way home? Cause Reisling, smoked provalone and crackers are SHO looking good to a sista right now!!!!

LOL. Look you aren't taking away people's livelihood. Are you the one messing up? Do they know the work expectations and job duties? If they don't perform them; its on them, not you baby-girl. That's what's wrong these days, we ALL have a problem of accountability and then want to blame folk when the chickens come home to roost. Tell them the deal and let the chips fall where they may...not beside a wine glass though.
Just dealing with all these questions and crap afterward....
