Am I crazy? HELP!

but being crazy is not ALWAYS a bad thing! The surgeon is being realistic. He knows how he performed the surgery....your BMI, family medical history, age, etc.
With most surgeons, the window of opportunity is 24 months. So 3lbs is very realistic. Hang in there and don't worry so much about dropping the pounds.....worry more about being consistent with developing an exercise routine and healthy eating lifestyle! That way, you are SURE to succeed. ~smooches~

When you have a pouch as new as yours, you may be experiencing some numbness so you may not be able to really feel food in there yet. I had this issue when I was a couple of weeks out, as you are. Be careful with your eating at this time and eat no more than what your dr recommends...for me it was2 oz at a meal.
