My workout!
1) I wasn't the "big girl" trying to lose weight but the thin one trying to work out.
2) I got a LOT more attention from men then I ever have at the gym
3) I didn't CARE about the attention I was getting my workout on
4) I did two hours of cardio (Kick boxing and a dance class) and felt pretty good I guess that "rumor" about endorphins is true
5) I actually kept up through the class and even did some advanced level moves
and finally
6) I REALLY can't wait to do it again tomorrow night!
