My workout!

Yall I kicked BUTT last night. I have gone to the gym off and on for the past 9 months but normally just walk or do stuff at home or at the work gym. Well last night I went to Bally's there were a few things I noticed
1) I wasn't the "big girl" trying to lose weight but the thin one trying to work out.
2) I got a LOT more attention from men then I ever have at the gym
3) I didn't CARE about the attention I was getting my workout on
4) I did two hours of cardio (Kick boxing and a dance class) and felt pretty good I guess that "rumor" about endorphins is true
5) I actually kept up through the class and even did some advanced level moves
and finally
6) I REALLY can't wait to do it again tomorrow night!

Well yesterday was your "rest"day! I'm so sore, but good sore that I can't even pick a pencil up today without feeling the burn lol!

I am finally over my cold. So today it's back on! I need some of that sore feeling to get me going! I go to Bally's too and I enjoy the Powerflex class. I also do the spin and step classes there.

I can't stand the step classes well I didn't when I was heavier the same for the spin I will have to broaden my horizons and try them out.

My workout was flat last night.... I went back and reviewed my book and notes - discovered I messed up a lil bit, I missed the adjustment - I am on workout 3&4 - but did the !&2.  I also had to review some form notes.....

I will be READY for Thursday though!!!!! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

i just joined the gym yesterday finally!!! and i had an ok workout... im just having trouble switching things up... like my schedule is to do weights mon wed fri and then do cardio tues thurs and then freestyle exersice on sat 9like dancing, kickboxing whatever i fancy that day thats not in the gym) and then maybe light walking or a day of rest on sunday.... i know im gonna be in that habit...but then am i gonna have to switch it
