ok...so what have/will you put into your pouch today???

breakfast:
egg beaters torte - mushrooms, gargonzola, scallions, onions, sundried tomatoes
1 boca veggie sausage link

morning snack:
100 cal pack of oatmeal raisin bites

Lunch:
Having a half of chicken salad sanwhich on wheat with lettuce and sweet peppers

Afternoon Snack:
String Cheese

Dinner:
3 scallops with 1/2 cup wheat penne pasta with a homemade garlic herb lemon sauce

I am going to try to get more carbs in my day today,  I think I dropped them to low and now I have no energy.

Breakfast

Oatmeal

2 pc. real bacon
1/2 cup Blueberries  

Snack
1 pc. trick or treat candy size sugar free hershey candy
Jello

Cheese Stick 

  Lunch
2 Wings 
1 cup Beans
1 cup Salad w/ croutons

Snack
1/2 cup dried apple chips with peanut butter
smeared on them.  
 

Dinner
Pounded chicken
1 cup stuffin

Avocado
Tomatoes
Jello

For breakfast

3 crisp slices of turkey bacon and a hard boiled egg
 
Snack:  Grapefruit

For lunch

1 cup of tuna on a bed of lettuce and tomato

Snack:  Apple

For dinner

I don't know yet but I'mma try to get a grilled chicken salad in with low fat dressing

Snack:  Sugar-free lifesaver popsicle and 8 squares of chocolate graham cracker

Hi There:
I'm doingmy Surgeons pre-surgery diet (South Beach), and man is it great...one week 12 lbs. lost FOREVER>

Breakfast
*Turkey Pepperoni Omelet
(1 Serving of Turkey Pepperoni- 17 is 70 cal), (3 oz Egg Beaters w/1 egg-120 cal), (1 sl. no-fat cheese-30 cal, 1.3 carbs) (Extra Virgin Olive Oil which is not counted)
*Coffee with NutraSweet (2 carbs)


Lunch
*Tuna Salad (250 cal, 6 carbs)
*7 Black Olives (35 Cal,2 carbs)


Dinner
*2 cups Cabbage Soup (Cabbage-40 cal,16 carbs; 2 oz 90% Ground Beef- 100 cal; 3 oz 93% Ground Turkey 115 cal, )


Snack (Maybe)
*Turkey Breast (3 sl  60 cal)
* String Cheese (70 cal)
*2 Pieces Sugar Free Life Saver Hard Candies (15 cal, 7 carbs)

breakfast: cottage cheese with diced peaches

snack- yogurt

lunch: Low carb tortilla wrap and carrot sticks

snack: yogurt again lol

dinner..some sort of protein and veggie ( fish probably)

snack- sf pudding, piece of fruit or a sf popsickle
