I am reading the book now and I can't put it down.  If you have read the book or are in the process of reading it now I'd like to either discuss it with you or get your opion on it.

Hey Marie!

This is a great read and re-read!  I have always been one to believe in positive reinforcement through speaking and thinking.  I believe the universe works alongside its Creator and what we speak aloud is captured by the universe, and then returned to us accordingly.  It's not always easy to do, but like anything the more you do it, the more natural it becomes.

Be sure to follow up and let us know your thoughts when you are done.

I first read The Secret a couple of years ago and kind of blew it off.  But after my tax drama (long story), I re-read it and have been following it.  I visualize, journal, etc. what I want specifically and I can only say IT WORKS!!

The power of positive thinking, living like you already have it (i.e. fake it until you make it), etc. really does work.

It has changed my thought process, daily mood and my dreams/goals are becoming reality quickly.

It's good to hear that you've been able to apply this into your everyday life and it gives me hope that I too shall be able to do the same.  I know it won't easy, but losing the weight wasn't easy and I did that.  I just need to focus and slowly but surely it will happen... won't it ?...of course it will.

That you're saying "...won't it..." puts that seed of doubt into the universe.  The key is to remain positive about what you want out of life.  :-)

"When Alexander saw the breadth of his domain, he wept for there were no more worlds to conquer."   Plutach.  Not true, for there are always more worlds to conquer.

Whats up TAW,

I have not read the book itself but this is something that i'm dealing w/ today. The whole idea behind faking it until you make it.

How do you do that w/o accepting the reality of what is going on w/ the situation or the world? Wouldn't that be considered running from it? I'm the type of person that looks at the glass half empty and never full. I understand speaking things into existence but doesn't the bible also speak about faith w/o work is useless?

PS
I'm just trying to find some incite on this particular situation or path. Maybe its my age or whatever but I don't see how you can just speak something into existence and it magically appears. You have to grind it out or at least that is how I always seen things.
Please believe i'm not picking...

Smile for me.........
