No--this isn't from experience--well, not MINE anyway!
"Peanut punch" is exactly what it sounds like, despite it sounding damn near impossible to even exist. It's a "back 'ome" beverage (Jamaica) that my pops put me on to when I was a young'un. High in protein, and good for you. Since I'm adhering to a "ragamuffin" diet today, I figures I'd go this route. If you've ever had Irish moss, it's the main ingredient, along with a quarter pound of raw peanuts (throw some cashews in for taste!!) soy milk and a bit of peanut butter for taste. Blend 'til smooth (have patience!!) and strain (not a collander--the pantyhose kind of strainer) refridgerate it, and you're good to go. Different recipes call for vanilla extract and all that, but I tend to stray away from all that.
If you don't wanna go the 'do-it-yourself' route, you can alway**** your local Jamaican restaurant--the GOOD ones usually carry them.
It's like a "peanut butter milkshake" only without all the stuff thats bad for you. Give it a try.

I spent 4 and a half hours in a mosh pit Monday night and am still hurting from that (I am too old for that mess! But had to make sure that Noodle didn't get hurt) so exercise will be very light today. A couple of victory laps around the library holding some weights or something easy like that.
HAVE A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!!
