WATCHA EATIN TODAY???
im really trying to get on the ball with all my vitamines and protein.....so far today i have had:
a breakfast torte i made - egg beaters, scallions, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, gargonzola cheese sprinkles and a few potatoes.
5 oatmeal raisin bites for snack
a chicken wrap for lunch
sippin on my protein and hot tea all day....i still cant seem to get all my required fluids in!

For lunch I had homemade chicken stir-fry w/brown rice.
Looking for dinner to be baked chicken and green beans, crackers and cheese later on tonight.
About to eat protein oatmeal w/some bacon for an afternoon/pre-workout snack

Breakfast - 1/2 hamburger patty, 1/2 slice american cheese, a boiled egg & 1/4 of a South Beach Diet protein bar for dessert
Lunch - Same as breakfast.
Snack - A slice of whole grain bread w/ peanut butter and banana
Dinner - haven't decided yet.
I've started taking my supplements for the day and have had approx 40 oz of liquids so far.
