WATCHA EATIN TODAY???

im really trying to get on the ball with all my vitamines and protein.....so far today i have had:

a breakfast torte i made - egg beaters, scallions, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, gargonzola cheese sprinkles and a few potatoes.

5 oatmeal raisin bites for snack

a chicken wrap for lunch

sippin on my protein and hot tea all day....i still cant seem to get all my required fluids in!

For lunch I had homemade chicken stir-fry w/brown rice.

Looking for dinner to be baked chicken and green beans, crackers and cheese later on tonight. 

About to eat protein oatmeal w/some bacon for an afternoon/pre-workout snack

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Breakfast:
1 protein pancake with cream chese and SF syrup
1 piece real bacon
1/4 cup blue berries
(I have to go get oatmeal today, that is my usual breakfast)

Lunch:
Piece of fish
1 zuchinni
1/3 avocado
1/3 jello

lee...has the 90 day workout been working for you.  would you recommend it, my husband wanted to try it, but didnt know if it really works?  protein pancake??  did you buy it like that or you put protein in the batter?

4oz Protein H2O
Single Popsicle
4oz Protein H2O
Single Popsicle

Looking forward to Cream of Chick Soup later...yum!

Breakfast - 1/2 hamburger patty, 1/2 slice american cheese, a boiled egg & 1/4 of a South Beach Diet protein bar for dessert

Lunch - Same as breakfast.  

Snack -  A slice of whole grain bread w/ peanut butter and banana

Dinner - haven't decided yet.

I've started taking my supplements for the day and have had approx 40 oz of liquids so far.
