Hey D...my plan today (hopefully I'll stick w/it...not really focused today)...but here goes:

Breakfast - Boiled Egg & Tea
Lunch - Turkey Breast w/side salad
Dinner - Turkey Breast w/collards
Snack - Walnuts

Water - 80oz

Supplements - Multi, B1 & 12, Vit. C & D, Calcium Citrate, Iron

Exercise - ?...I'll figure something out later

Breakfast: 4 egg yolks, salsa, and cheddar cheese

16oz chai tea

Snack: Peanut Butter

Lunch: ???

Snack: White String Cheese

16oz chai tea

Dinner: Banana Protein Shake

16 oz water

Supplements: Calcium Citrate, Biotin, Vit D, Vit B12, and Liquid Multi

Exercise: Namaste Yoga

After workout - chocolate protein milkshake
Lunch - Garden salad
Dinner - Slow-cooked chicken (it's in the slow cooker right now), brown rice, greens
Before bed - Protein shot and an apple

128 ounces of water All vitamins/supplements

Exercise: I killed it this morning working upper body. I also did 200 full sit-ups (I want abs like Ciara), 50 obliques, 60 calf raises, 150 ab/adductors, 50 wall squats.

Now, I am getting ready to do some cleaning.

I've secured the inspiration...
And I've had the ability for QUITE some time now.

All that's left to acquire....

...is the MOTIVATION.

1.) The BACKLINES have backlines. Watch what you say and more importantly WHO YOU SAY IT TO!! 2.) There are NO secrets on BAF. DON'T BE FOOLED!!
3.) The person who says: "I'm going to tell you something, but you can't tell anyone." has already TOLD 50 other people!

Let me tell you like I told my husband....you are not getting any younger and I would hate for you to depend on me to push you around in a wheelchair.

You better work on being in the best health possible because I may be in the club while you are waiting on me **ducking**

It worked. He has been working out and eating better.

You know it's the truth. I would like to think that I could depend on my husband and children in my old age, but just in case.....I'ma do all I can to stay healthy for as long as I can.
