I didn't end up going to gym so you are one up on me...I was still tired from the weekend so that is my "excuse."  However, I did go to the grocery store yesterday tp shop for my proper food choices  and so it is on today.

So - you clocked the gym time - what about your EATING and WATER and VITAMINS????  I am soooo NOT impressed by this HALF AZZED admission of effort!!!!!!!

You want ME to ??  BREAK IT ALL DOWN dammit - don't be in the gym with ya 600 cal burn with a pack of oreos in the car when you leave!!!!!

How many calories are you taking in everyday?  You didn't give me a full day's meal plan.

I'll expect to continue to see your meal plans/food intake as well as your accounting for water and vitamins.  Any future postings that exclude this information will result in me being unmoved and will have me further challenge you on your program - understood?
