I actually did my first workout today. 65 minutes of cardio and it felt great!!!

Well you can tell me if it really works because I am just about to start my P90X program on Monday 02-9-2009. I don't know what I will look like after this but I can't wait to see. Also congrats on your completion & achieving your goal..
