Hey yall
Tomorrow starts the count down on P90X+. Wow, it seems like I have been doing it forever this time, but I guess it's better to be doing something over nothing. This morning I did 2 of the P90X PLUS workouts, I'm kicking it up a notch cause I have 139 days before departure and I need to be thin.
I have all my food prepared for the day and i'm ready to get real serious today. I will drink all my water and do what I need to do to get through this day.
I am really tired right now so i'm gonna go get in the tub and soak before my class at noon.
I did my workout this morning, Did you do yours?

I went to the gym around 10am, did 35min run on treadmill and would have went longer but my kids were bugging me to finish up, to go to the weight room. I did lunges and squats with free weights, bench press, alternating front dumbell raises, alternating dumbbell curl, overhead dumbbell extension and alternating lateral raises, back extensions, oblique extensions and sit ups.
