Water - about to be 14 oz glass #4 for today

Lunch - baked chicken and asparagus

Eating protein infused oatmeal w/raisins right now - then back to my water.........

So where you AT????

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Water:  on my 3rd 32 oz. mug...been to the bathroom more than at my desk, lol.

Lunch:   3 deli-thin slices of turkey w/ 1 laughing cow cheese wedge and a few Wheat Thins.

Lunch was a turkey on wheat sandwich with th e crust removed, and dinner will be super light probaly just some fruit

i had sausage ,bacon, banana for breakfast
 morning snack strawberries
chef salad for lunch
oh yeah bar for mid snack

and 86oz water so far

  I promise to be back on track tomorrow.  I had way too many celebratory foods this past weekend and I can't seem to let go.

I have had 40 oz of water and I had turkey chili for lunch with a few gold fish crackers.

I'm at 47 oz and I had some chicken corn chowder for lunch.

MM.....where did you get the protein infused oatmeal with raisons?  Sounds good.

My bad - did I make that sound like I got is somewhere?  LOL!!!

It's the Quaker Weight control oatmeal - it already has 7g of protein - then I add cinnamon flavored protein powder and a pack of raisins.  oh - and 2 packs of Splenda......
