Naked Vs. Clothes On
I think some folk think they got Pamela Anderson up under all that fat and need to realize it ain't gonna look all purdy when it comes off - and come to a happy medium within themselves about it.

Exactly...I guess you have to train yourself and realize that the goal was to drops some lbs and not to look like a supermodel...I thought about an anchor cut prior to having my WLS but will cross the bridge when I get to that point.
***thinking: I look ghastly with AND without clothes, so I'm sitting this one out and watching.****

I think PS is ok, I plan to have two procedures: My arms and my panni. I think also if I have loose skin around my face area I will definitely get a "lifestyle" lift. To me, PS is a really personal matter, it's like trying to tell someone what hair style to wear or "those nails are too long and tacky."
Personally, I do not have a problem being naked around my partner...if a person can do it when they were fat, why not when the fat is falling off. Relative to clothes, heck, when I was small, I always wore pant liners when I wore pants and a brief liner when I wore a skirt (both to get an even flow for my clothes), it was very comfortable because your clothes just felt like a "whisk" over my skin. NOW I find that they call those garments "Compression Garments" and charge an arm and leg for them at "specialty and medical stores." As I began to gain weight I even had a Seamstrist put spandex sleeves in my bras so my upper arms would look contoured in jackets and blouses...In researching bracchio surgery, that is also called a compression garment (but I paid 20 bucks for those sleeves and they cost $70-100 at the "specialty or medical store." When I have my surgeries, I WON"T be going to a "specuiality" store for garments women have worn for years! Basically, what I am saying is that even with PS I will still wear the same under garments to give my body that "flow". REMEMBER, slim women wear some of these same garments for the same reason; also, now-a-days there are so many "cover-up" items you can wear on the beach. I think most women have "trouble" areas no matter what, it's a by product of living beyond 35 years old.
