Miz D, I am going to try this accountability thing, so here goes:
B= Protein Coffee- & Strawberry Cheesecake flavored yogurt
S= Protein Crystal light
L= Baked Tilapia w/ veggies
S= Strawberries & ISOPURE Plus
D= Leftovers: Turkey meatloaf w/ mashed cauliflower
S= Hot Coco w/ Protein
Water: 64oz
Supplements- Multi, Calcium Citrate, B-Complex, Biotin
Exercise: 1hr- Water Aerobics
This water thing is getting to me. PLEASE tell me you guys count all fluids and not the other drinks plus 64-100 oz of water. I have been counting all fluid intake since I only drink: coffee, water w/ crystal light, ISOPURE, and hot chocolate w/ milk. Please let me know
