miz d gave you some good advice.
the price of the vitamin.shouldn't make a difference in how you are suppose to feel...they should all do the same, why pay more
what vits do you take on a regular basis?
come on now spill it!

did you check the date on the vits
did you have to do the chewable vits in the beginning? and if so, are still taking them the chewable ones?
you maybe coming down with a cold and need to go back to bed....or are you tired from having relations in the bed which would require more sleep
sorrrrry i just had to go there

I'll have to check the vits once I get back home to see the dates.
Never did any chewable vits in the hospital or afterwards. I don't think it's a cold either.
I'm not really a relations in the bed kinda person. I'm more like an under the front porch; on top of the bathroom radiator; behind the clothes-line kinda relations person.
1. Are energy drinks like Red Bull, Monster, RockStar good for us WLS survivors? The sugar-free ones? I'm almost three years out so my suggestion is asking your doctor. Yet, I can admit that yes, I am a sugar free Red Bull drinker. I have one every morning before I go to work. I only have one I know people that have more than one a day and they have experienced some heart issues. I've been drinking it for about a year and thus far I'm cool.
2. What are some good alternative energy sources without the side-effects? I was taking
and my doctor told me to stop because my B12 lives were so high. It worked without the side-effects. I actually got it from the health food store.
3. What are the best vitamins for us WLS survivors? I had the DS so my vitamin regime is different than yours...you will get your specific vitamin needs once your labs
