My Confession/Redempton

What's up BAF family my confession is that I have been really ****** lazy, and I allowed these horrible winter months be my excuse for not handling my business! I have also been going through a lot of personal issues, and if it wasn't for my BAF family, and the special people in my life praying for me I don't know where I would be right now! I have gained like 20lbs., but I am slowly but surely making the scale go the opposite direction, and start to follow my own advice that I give other's which is.......I STOPPED MAKING EXCUSES!!!Now with that being said I have been redeeming myself by just getting back on that horse, and start handling my business again!!! Today I suprised myself, and did something I have never done!!! I ran 2 miles straight without stopping, and hit the weights HARD, and then I went back to the gym again later on, and ran 2 miles AGAIN!!! YES AGAIN!!!! I feel like a million bucks!!!!! Sooooo FAITH T.(had to call my girl out) guess what I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaacccckkk!!!!! LOL!!! It ain't over till it's over, and I started juicing fruits/vegetables, and cutting the bread out completely, and I am becoming a BEAST again cause I got that EYE OF THE TIGER AGAIN!!! In a few months when I get it together till I am satisfied YES my CAMERA *****NESS will be back in full effect! I am issuing a personal challenge to HONDURIAN QUEEN who needs a boost to get to goal which she is almost at, and whoever else wants to join come on let's get back on track together, and sooo with that being said let's STOP MAKING EXCUSES, AND MAKE IT HAPPEN!

Im glad to hear youre gettin back on that horse my friend, cuz my youre my role model,
everytime I go to the gym I see you man!! , and thats what pushes me harder and harder.
I hope soon I look all buff like you.
I go to the gym (at work) everyday, and on the weekends I go to the one by my house.
